uggh I’ve had this asthma (attack?) for over twelve hours now and I don’t own an inhaler because I’ve only experienced asthma the recent few years as my allergies (cats, dust, grass,mites etc) and it has only happened like twice a year because I’ve been with cats for too long and it has usually disappeared after an hour or two but now…

it started sometime last night, I was dreaming about something and I realized in the dream that I suddenly couldn’t breath at all and then I just woke up, only after one hour of sleep. Not being able to go to bed because I could rarely breath at all when I lied down, I sat by the computer for a few hours until I tried to go to bed again. Got a few more hours of sleep, but woke up once again because of the same reason.

I’ve been trying to slowly breath out and in, but by now, my left lung hurts alot. I’ve vaccumcleaned my room (I’m pretty sure it’s because of the dust that’s been spreading since my stuff has been moved around because of the painting), I’ve had my window open all the time so I can get fresh air and I’ve been drinking hot drinks…..

But I still feel the same and as a person who knows nothing of asthma because neither me nor any of my family has had it and only a couple of my friends has it, I’m starting to panic a little ;_;

If anyone has some tip to get rid of it, please help me ;_; I really need to sleep tonight because I start working tomorrow, and all this is just really scary /sob
